UPDATED Rules and Regulations COVID-19
Hello,
In order to maintain social distancing and preventing the possible spread of COVID-19 throughout the facility, the visitation schedule has been modified. Please understand, depending on state restrictions being imposed or reduced, modifications may be made to decrease or increase visitation hours. Each housing unit has been given designated times and dates for visits. The updated schedule allows one and a quarter (1.25) time slots for each visitation session. If you arrive during another sections visiting time, YOU WILL BE DENIED ENTRY. The schedule must be adhered to in order to maintain some sort of social distancing.
Visitors who are presenting COVID-19 related symptoms are encouraged to stay home. Visitors will have their temperature checks upon arrival. If the visitor has a fever or is presenting symptoms of COVID-19, their visit will be denied. If a visitor refuses to participate in the medical screening, they will be denied a visit. Listed below are modifications to the visiting rules and regulations.
It remains highly recommended that you arrive to the facility at least forty-five (45) minutes prior to the visit starting to allow staff to properly process the visit. At a minimum you must arrive at least thirty (30) minutes before the start of the scheduled time to be properly processed in to the facility. After thirty (30) minutes, the visit may be delayed or denied.
Follow the directions of the officer to ensure the processing procedure is expedited.
Various hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the lobby. Visitors are encouraged to utilize the hand sanitizer before and after the visit.
Visitors will be allowed to enter the main lobby for processing only after being screened by medical staff. If the lobby is at capacity in accordance with social distancing, visitors will remain in the visiting staging area until directed otherwise by an officer.
You are encouraged to leave non-essential items in your vehicle during the duration of a visit. This will expedite the process if you do not have to secure property in the lockers.
Visitors will be allowed to keep 1 single vehicle key and their government issued identification in their possession during the duration of the visit.
2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children may visit at a time. If more than 3 children are going to be present, 1 adult may sit with the remaining child in the waiting area and switch out during the visit.
Visitors entering with young children are encouraged to bring formula/milk and diapers to cover the child during the duration of the visit and secure the items in a clear food storage bag.
All visitors must exit the visitation area at the end of their allotted time frame, allowing the area time to be cleaned/sanitized for the next visitation session.
All visitors must adhere to the updated visitation dress code posted on the facility website. Visitors who choose not to adhere to the dress code will be asked to exit the facility or have their visitation session terminated.
